How to use CBDLife Raw Hemp Extract Oil
CBDLife Raw Hemp Oil should be taken sublingually, in other words under your tongue. Simply shake the bottle and administer the desired amount of drops beneath the tongue and hold for 90 seconds. CBD oil is best taken with a meal in order to boost absorption and ultimately the effects.
We advise beginnging on a low dose of 4-6 drops (10-15mg CBD) split up into two servings if possible. This gives you an opportunity to see how you respond, then after that, if necessary you can begin to up-titrate by adding more drops as required. A few days of this will help you find your sweet spot.
Suggested Serving: 1/4 pipette (5 drops)- 12.5mg (2 Sprays is the equivalent to 1/4 Pipette)
